As cat people (crazy cat people, some might say), we wake up every day to the screeches of our hungry cats and say… thank you. Because we are grateful to our cats. Because they make our lives endlessly better each and every day. And every meowrning, we wonder… what can we do to express our gratitude and show them our adoration, and outside of buying them unnecessarily expensive cat beds and toys and trees and giving them snacks and pets and space, the best way to show them our love is to enjoy cat memes.

That's right. It is that simple. Us scrolling through and laughing at cat memes all day is us showing our cats adoration. Because even when we're not with them, as we are giggling at funny cat memes, we are thinking about them. And that's all that matters to us (totally not crazy) cat people.

    And then people say that cats are not babies. This is the exact equivalent of a baby covering its eyes with its hands and thinking that no one can see it because it can't see anyone else. Cats are our babies, and we would totally cat-smack anyone who argues otherwise.

    Pretty accurate. Although, we do have to say that you must take this diagram with a grain of salt. While it is a good guideline for where it's okay to pet cats, it is not full-proof. Learn your cat. Your cat is unique. And some cats will cat-smack the heck out of you for touching them anywhere they don't feel like being touched.
